Purpose:
The project will renovate the 1st/2nd Harbord Scout hall which will include repairs to the flooring, roof, roller doors, new lighting and purchasing audio-visual equipment, that is, portable projector, laptop, screen, tv and wifi-router. This will enable the scouts to deliver training materials, develop skills and improve security and storage and improve usability of the space and for the wider community.
