Purpose:
The project will undertake coordinated, collaborative and community-based feral pig control activities across the Tablelands Region. This project will limit the impacts of climate change and reduce the impact of land-based activities by reducing feral pigs in the area which will reduce the impacts of erosion, the uprooting of carbon trapped in soil and protecting flora and fauna to improve water quality in the Tablelands Region of the Great Barrier Reef Catchment area.
