The Tasmanian Green Hydrogen Hub Project
Purpose:
The Tasmanian Green Hydrogen Hub will provide the open access infrastructure necessary for large-scale hydrogen export and to support domestic market activation across Tasmania and Australia. The hub will facilitate unique use cases to help local businesses participate in emerging green supply chains, while helping to capture the early-mover advantage for Australia in the context of a rapidly evolving global hydrogen economy. It will demonstrate a pathway to decarbonisation for heavy industries and support the future competitiveness of our existing manufacturing industry.
