Purpose:
DefendTex Pty Ltd is a leading Australian company in the provision of technology for the Australian Defence Force and Allied Nations. This project overcomes the problem that there are currently no Australian contract manufacturers that can meet DefendTex's requirements for secure, rapid prototyping and scalable production of specialised components. This project will enable DefendTex to acquire cutting edge advanced manufacturing capability in Surface Mount Technology Electronics Assembly to allow for rapid iteration of prototypes and low rate production to meet the dynamic requirements of innovation.
