Purpose:
The Energy Uplift funding would benefit Seaview in several ways – namely the reduction of energy use that will result in carbon abatement reduction leading to long term benefits for the environment and future generations.
Seaview Beach Houses scope will focus on upgrading the window dressing in all residences. In particular, we wish to replace the window coverings and install window tint. Both aspects of the upgrade will contribute to the complex maintaining an even temperature which will in turn reduce the need for artificial heating and cooling therefore ensuring the energy consumption at Seaview is reduced.
