Upgrade 12 old inefficient air–conditioners with new energy efficient split systems; this will reduce our power bills considerably. 2 years ago we replaced 7 old units, which has helped us reduce our power bill considerably. We expect the replacement of the remaining 12 units will further reduce the power bills.
