The project will redevelop the entrance to the HJ Daley library, replacing the existing customer service desk with a smaller service point, modular seating, coffee and laptop tables and chairs, and periodical shelving. This will create a more open and welcoming space, supporting a concierge service model providing greater interaction with customers.
