Project Scope: Removal of existing 93 (approximately) twin 28w T5 lights (56w) on Level 1 of Ross House and installation of new single 35w LED lights.
This project will include the following key activities:
– Contractor appointed to undertake lighting upgrade.
– Notice of works to Tenants on Level 1 of Ross House.
– Removal of existing T5 lights on Level 1.
– Installation of new 35w LED light fittings.
– Patch and paint where necessary.
