Purpose:
Taree Indigenous Development and Employment (TIDE) Aboriginal Bushfire Recovery Rangers deliver bush fire recovery activities for flora and fauna during 2020–21. This Project will enable Rangers to: build on the significant work undertaken during 2020–21; ensure thorough monitoring and observation of the efficacy of the bushfire recovery works already undertaken; implement further innovative flora and fauna recovery interventions, and consolidate the important skills and knowledge gained by the Rangers in implementing project actions. The project will be undertaken across land tenure in co–operation with partners who will assist with project delivery and development of Ranger skills to ensure the best outcomes for wildlife recovery.
