Grant Activity:
Automating the mutual recognition of licences between jurisdictions
Purpose:
A grant has been awarded to Regsoft to use scalable, cloud-based technology to establish the feasibility for automatic mutual recognition of licences between jurisdictions. Regsoft's approach is based on a scalable digital design, including User Experience (UX) research and agile project management. The solution uses digitised legal obligations and qualifications to translate the requirements of one jurisdiction to another. This reduces the regulatory burden on licensees working across jurisdictions, by removing manual effort by regulators.
