AKYPA Leadership Forum 2024
Technology and innovation in the Australia-Korea bilateral corridor. The Leadership Forum seeks to facilitate a dynamic platform for young professionals, industry leaders, and government representatives from Australia and Korea to converge and advance the Australia-Korea bilateral relationship. This forum has four key objectives:
1. Promoting bilateral understanding: The forum will deepen mutual understanding between Australia and Korea by showcasing Australia's technological prowess across various industries, including energy, defense, agriculture, and more.
2. Creating people-to-people connections: by creating an environment conducive to cross-cultural collaboration, young professionals will learn to work together, understand different perspectives, and forge lasting connections.
3. Skills and Capability Building: The forum will equip young professionals with essential skills for success in the bilateral corridor, including networking and communication. It empowers them to be effective future leaders in fostering collaboration.
4. Facilitating Industry Engagement: Industry-specific sessions will provide insights into current and potential collaboration areas, connecting participants with industry leaders and building industry partnerships. This will expand opportunities for trade and commerce relationships. The Leadership Forum will feature a diverse range of sessions to achieve its objectives, including keynote addresses, cross-cultural education, workshops, industry-specific sessions, small group mentoring, a site visit and a networking dinner.
