Continuing a large, representative Indigenous adult cohort through which to track oral HPV infection, monitor early throat cancer and estimate cost-effectiveness of extensive HPV vaccination coverage in culturally safe ways is essential to yield critical information to include in the management armamentarium of health and wellbeing recommendations for Australia’s First Peoples.
