iCare – An interactive online portal to improve health and wellbeing for people living with complex cancers, and their informal carers: a Phase II randomised controlled trial
Purpose:
Our proposed study addresses an area of high-unmet need related to chronic, complex cancers. Our Phase II trial will test the feasibility and acceptability of a co-designed interactive web-based portal, that supports people with upper GI cancers, the burden experienced by carers, and the unmet needs of both groups. The results will inform a hybrid implementation trial to deliver meaningful health impacts to carers and people with cancer.
