Implementation plan for not-for-profit community groups
The project aims to develop an implementation plan including strategic plan for environmental community groups to be able to contribute and be part of the Biodiversity Credits system and Nature Repair Market.
Community groups including members of the public play a huge role in the Australian environmental space, however, do not always have the knowledge how to authentically contribute in this space.
Through the development of this implementation plan, an easy go to plan will be developed to help community groups around the country to establish sustainable ventures as part of the Nature Repair Market. This includes; creating a framework through stakeholder processes, trial various monitoring methodologies with the public to test accessibility and low cost actions, a develop technical functionalities including biodiversity accounting.
Results will be showcased at numerous stakeholder meetings, strategy meetings as well as conferences.
