Purpose:
Two projects relating to the social and emotional wellbeing of young Aboriginal people in SA is proposed. The main project concerns lateral violence, which is a form of dissatisfaction and infighting in communities, A focus is to reduce intergenerational transmissions of trauma and lateral violence. A collaborative approach will develop a network of support mechanisms and educational resources for Aboriginal young people to improve individual and community relationships and wellbeing.
