Purpose:
We are a small boutique unit complex nestled in the mountains in Mount Beauty, at the base of Mt Bogong and Falls Creek Ski Resort. The beauty of our bush surrounds also brings difficulties with trying to reduce our energy consumption. The property is 40 years old with standard windows which we want to upgrade to double glazed which will help immensely with reducing our electricity usage with heating and cooling costs.
