Purpose:
Through this project, FMC Australasia Pty Ltd will expand its Wyong Manufacturing Facility's intake, storage, dispatch and logistics dispatch and logistics infrastructure, as well as an automation and digitisation overhaul to accommodate up to 9,500 pallets from the current 4,500 capacity. Additional capacity will enable FMC Australasia Pty Ltd to front-load its importation schedule and have essential active chemicals at its instant disposal to adapt quickly to fast-tracked or delayed growers sowing schedules and other demand uplifts. This project will increase supply chain resilience by removing barriers currently restricting FMC Australasia Pty Ltds import capacity and timing limitations for specific and crucial active chemicals required to manufacture herbicide crop protection products, including Overwatch and Rustler.
