Purpose:
Roster Right Pty Ltd (also known as Workforce Analytics) have built the MVP of the worlds first mathematical roster optimisation and Australian Software as a Service (SaaS) Payroll Audit/Compliance systems, factoring in a range of awards/EBAs. The new Industrial Instrument Builder (IIB) software allows for exponential growth of two existing products Roster Right and Pay Review and consequently our client industries. The Industrial Instrument Builder will form the backbone of Roster Right and Pay Review products ensuring:
- Awards can be updated and changes tracked
- Provide visibility of Award interpretations and the option to update as needed
- Scale the number of awards in the system to over 50 Awards and includes the ability to capture EBAs.
