Ringrose Public School Maker Space
Purpose:
The Ringrose Public School Maker Space will be an environment that fosters the development of critical and creative thinking. Students will participate in authentic learning experiences where they will explore, design, create and use higher order problem solving skills. A student–centred approach will promote high levels of engagement and participation. Students will develop their knowledge and understanding of digital technologies through using equipment such as Edison Robots and Blue–Bots. The Ringrose Public School Maker Space will help equip our students with future life skills. The 2018 2020 School Technology Plan is inclusive of the development of the space and in 2019, the new area will be opened.
