Grant Program:
Investigator Grants
Grant Activity:
Using modelling to guide the control of hepatitis C as a public health threat
Purpose:
During this grant I will use epidemic and economic modelling to guide health policy responses to hepatitis C in Australia and internationally. My findings will inform decisions by national governments and global health organisations on how to best find and cure people with hepatitis C. I will leverage my own and my collaborators’ memberships on global panels to ensure that lives are saved around the world because approaches to hepatitis C elimination are evidence-based and cost-effective.
