Grant Program:
Investigator
Grant Activity:
Developing innovative targeting strategies for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases
Purpose:

Many diseases are diagnosed too late and treated with non-specific drugs, resulting in major side effects. I will use advanced biotechnology to develop innovative diagnostic tools and novel effective drugs without side effects. I will develop new anti-clotting drugs not causing bleeding, new therapies to prevent and treat heart attacks, and new anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer therapies. My work aims to improve outcomes and prevent diseases such as heart attack, multiple sclerosis and cancer.
