Purpose:
Replacing up to 6 RC air conditioners with new split cycle air conditioners. Several of our old air conditioners are a hazard to visitors to our service. One of them blocks our front door from opening all the way (and therefore obstructing our disability access) another 5 external boxes are visible on entry to the service and are noisy, they drip constantly ensuring our entry ramp is always wet and they are super noisy.
