Purpose:
Musculoskeletal conditions including back pain and osteoarthritis are disabling and common health problems for adults and adolescents. While these conditions have close links with other chronic diseases and chronic disease risks factors, the care for each is often fragmented. This research will test new ways of optimising care across health systems to integrate better management of musculoskeletal conditions and associated chronic disease risks.
