Purpose:
Delivering capacity building workshops, re–skilling up to 12 vulnerable female job seekers through a series of character workshops, one on one mentoring and work experience opportunities delivered over a 12–week period. The project will address key nominated characteristic work traits meeting the demand for employers, empowering and guiding women to build capacity in areas highlighted through the State Priority Occupation List, (SPOL) future–proofing job opportunities in the Peel Region. Upon completion job seekers will receive a Certificate I in Business, further supporting and advancing career choices and better positioned for employment opportunities.
