The purpose of the Grant is to build the capability of both providers and NDIS participants to understand the requirements for quality and safeguarding in NDIS supports and services. To drive improvements in quality, safety, and innovation in the provision of NDIS services and supports to people with a disability, there is an opportunity to grow a suitably trained and skilled Consumer Techincal Expert (CTE) workforce to deliver on the commitment to routinely include CTEs in Approved Quality Auditor (AQA) audit teams.
