Purpose:
Eurobodalla Shire Councils Creating Career Pathways project aims to ensure effective skills training and career guidance is available locally to develop our workforce for todays jobs and prepare existing workers, students, and job seekers for future roles in emerging industries, a service vital to supporting economic growth and prosperity in our region. The project will include a range of customised career guidance programs proven to be highly effective, to support school students in year 7 to 10 and their influencers, people impacted by COVID–19, unemployed adults, mature aged adults, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, women, and migrants create meaningful and realistic career pathways.
Community College, TAFE NSW, University of Wollongong, 5 Star Training, Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma High Schools, Carroll College, St Peters Anglican College, Business Chambers, Apprenticeship Support Australia Pty Ltd and Woman in Business (South Coast NSW) Incorporated to design and deliver the project.
