PVM LED Lighting & Air–Conditioner upgrade
Purpose:
Replace & upgrade all non–LED lighting throughout the motel with LED lighting to decrease energy usage on a day–to–day basis. This will effectively reduce electricity usage & have a saving of around 80% per annum.
Window (Box) air–conditioners to be replaced by split system units (4). By changing from the old style box air–cons to new energy efficient split systems will also reduce electricity. These systems also operate quieter than the old style, being more comfortable for clientele creating return customers.
