Purpose:
The Work Window Virtual Reality Scaleup project will provide career experiences to help students understand and succeed at work. The applicant will partner with industry–leading employers to create virtual job shadowing using VR. The objective of the project is to enhance the existing prototype to deliver a feature rich product that strongly enhances the breadth and ease of early–stage career exploration for hundreds of thousands of students and job seekers across Australia. The project will build Work Window from a bootstrapped start–up to a growth company working with hundreds of schools and universities to help them access better careers information that gives students real insight into different jobs so that they can make the right choices for their future.
