Motel Energy Efficiency Upgrades – Phase II
Purpose:
Our energy efficiency upgrade project focuses on green energy usage (phase–I) and replacing energy inefficiency equipment (phase–II). Our over 20 years old hot–water systems and inefficient laundry machines represent >65% of our total electricity usage.
We completed the Phase–I project on 25/Feb/2021 with a new investment of a 30KW solar power system installed.
We estimated the phase–II equipment upgrade would reduce approximately 25% of electricity usage. The to–be–upgraded hot water system and energy–efficient laundry machines will complement a newly installed solar power system, enabling us to reduce approximately 75% of electricity usage.
