Purpose:
This project is with the goal to renovate and upgrade our Motel building fabric to save energy by replacing existing single glazed windows with double glazed aluminium awning windows of the motel rooms. Additionally, we will also put in new insulation in the front walls where doors and windows are getting replaced. After this renovation, our Motel rooms' energy consumption (especially the heater and air–conditioning) will be significantly less and it will reduce our energy cost which is a significant operational cost.
