Purpose:
Somerville House Robotics is seeking funding for costs for transporting and accommodating the National team to compete at Robocup Junior National competition in Adelaide in 2022. Over 30 Somerville House students competed in virtual Nationals 2021, and similar numbers of students would like to attend in person in 2022. In 2021 a Somerville House team represented Australia at International Robocup, and it is hoped that a team will win this opportunity in 2022, and we seek to have the c.$500 entry fees to this virtual competition covered by the grant.
