Purpose:
Purchase a 5–Axis Milling machine with auto pallet changer and advanced Computer Aided Machining software to enable high efficiency high density parts manufacture as well as single setup complex parts manufacture. Install and commission milling machine complete with software and develop business workflows to streamline the safe, accurate and efficient production of parts for customers. Train staff in 5–Axis machining, use of world leading Computer Aided Machining software, high density parts manufacture, and safe workflows for 5–Axis machining. Create new roles of Machine Programmer, and Machine Operator in the business.
