Purpose:
DJM is a nationally recognised provider of engineering solutions and quality custom metal fabrication for the mechanical, civil, forestry, rail and mining industries. As a result of the experience and reputation DJM has garnered, the opportunity has arisen to diversify manufacturing operations by pursuing additional rail projects and entering the defence supply chain.
To enable this, DJM need to increase operational capacity whilst ensuring quality and repeatability of manufacture to meet high benchmarks and standards. To achieve this, DJM will invest in transformative manufacturing technologies and processes, including automated welding capabilities. This will extend DJM’s Advanced Manufacturing capabilities and create higher value jobs.
