Purpose:
The southwest of Western Australia is a recognised biodiversity hotspot. The Avon River basin is home to the EPBC listed Eucalypt Woodlands of the Western Australian Wheatbelt threatened ecological community. This project will assist in securing habitat for a number of threatened species - Numbat, Western quoll, Woylie, Malleefowl, as well as other EPBC species.
