Purpose:
This project will evaluate the pilot pathways program - 'The Ramaciotti Regional and Remote Health Sciences Training Centre'. It will assess how The Centre impacts Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples youth and students who have engaged with The Centre with a focus on those who live in regional and remote areas of the Northern Territory. This will support innovative and adaptive pathways to support Territory youth into the health workforce.
