Purpose:
The purpose of the grant is to deliver 'Industry Insight Tours' of businesses in the mining, advanced manufacturing, electrotechnology and sustainable energy industry sectors in North West and West Tasmania. The tours will provide Year 11 and 12 students, teachers and parents with an awareness of the skills needs in occupations in these sectors and assist in identifying VET pathways to further education, training and employment.
