Purpose:
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in Australian men and second leading cause of death. The major clinical challenge is to offer more effective treatments for men with advanced prostate cancer, particularly those who have failed all available therapies. This project will provide preclinical evidence that CAR T cell immunotherapy is effective for prostate cancer and will inform future clinical trial development.
