Purpose:
The Launceston Hidden Workforce Project will engage 25 mature aged jobseekers (50 years+) in an intensive supported program over six months to improve their job seeking capability, employability skills, and technical capacity to undertake a range of work. Each participant will have approximately 520 hours contact with the project over the six–month period.
