Purpose:
The locally-focused program will offer up to 50 high school female students the opportunity to connect with 40 female role models (aged 16-64 years; industry, community leaders, school alumni) across mentoring panels, 1-on-1 engagements, training workshops and an End of Program graduation ceremony. Topics will be tailored to needs spanning across pathways, stories/opportunities to strengthen local collaboration, overcoming barriers and future skills.
