Purpose:
The George Town Green Hydrogen Project will construct and commission a commercial scale green hydrogen production and distribution facility, with daily production capacity of up to 1,690 kg of green hydrogen. The project will deliver the capacity to distribute and deliver hydrogen to sources of demand across Tasmania. This project is contributing towards decarbonising the heavy transport sector and the development of the associated hydrogen refuelling infrastructure to the Tasmanian market.
