Purpose:
To identify and engage an appropriately qualified and skilled resource to ensure the successful first–year delivery of the Great South Coast Designated Area Migration Agreement, aimed at addressing long–term critical skills shortages.
The resource, in effect, will fulfil the role of the Designated Area Representative (DAR), as prescribed in the Deed of Agreement signed between the Commonwealth and Warrnambool City Council.
