Purpose:
The Northern Rivers Science Hub and the Lismore Quadrangle (The Quad) celebrate National Science Week through presenting Dark Science. Following the hugely successful inaugural Festival in 2019; and 4 years of Arts Vs Science – Dark Science returns with gusto in 2020. This two–day science, art and music Festival will be held Saturday 29 August and Sunday 30th August at The Lismore Quadrangle with a brimming program that has something for everyone. This event is at its core; immersive. Audiences are participants, onlookers and contributors. A curated accessible and free program celebrating the intersection between provocative art, performance and the sciences. The festival type environment provides a unique opportunity for the community.
