Purpose:
The Student Robotics Club of SA Inc, (The RoboRoos), are a community based club with a successful 11 year operating record. We are sending 20 secondary school students to the FIRST? (For Inspiration & Recognition of Science and Technology) Australian National Robotics championship in Wollongong in March 2022. The competition showcases the student's designed, built and programmed robot and the student drive team's ability to work collaboratively in an alliance of 3 teams competing over 3 days.
This event is designed such that like minded STEM students connect and interact to have fun with STEM, and covers all fields of STEM.
Hosted by FIRST Australia, internationally acclaimed judges will be attending via in-person and virtual platforms.
