Purpose:
The project will upgrade the Bairnsdale Scout Group Hall, by removing the cement sheet, installing new urinals, improving flooring, replacing electrical sub-board and converting the adult bathrooms into a meeting room. This will provide room for training, preparation and meetings, improve functionality, safety and hygiene, and ensure the longevity of Scouting in our region and all the benefits it provides to both individuals and the wider community.
