Dynamic, sustainable energy upgrade to 8 motel rooms at Motel On Becker
Purpose:
Refurbish 8 motel rooms to make them more efficient, appealing and sustainable. We will re–insulate throughout, replace windows and window furnishings, replace old window unit air–conditioners with efficient split systems and renovate bathrooms. The bathroom fit out will also include water saving fixtures, to be chosen on the WELS rating and will also reduce energy consumption due to less hot water demand.
The air–con energy upgrade this grant will assist with, will reduce energy consumption, improve energy productivity and to deliver carbon reduction as a result. We will install Panasonic CS–RZ60VKR Inverter Split Systems in all rooms which have been sized and measured professionally to ensure maximum energy adeptness.
