Purpose:
Our Project aims to continue the work we have already started to upgrade the air conditioning in our 6 motel rooms to energy efficient split systems. In conjunction with the air con upgrade, replace the old awing windows with tinted double glazed aluminium framed windows to further enhance the comfort levels of the room. We envisage when the work is completed it should reduce the energy required to heat and cool the rooms and as such reduce our power expenditure.
