Purpose:
The purpose of the grant is to develop and deliver three (3) one-day micro credential mentoring and coaching workshops to supervisors, tradespeople and relevant employees in targeted industry sectors from North West and West Tasmania. The grant will directly support supervisors, tradespeople and relevant employees to build capacity, skills and knowledge enabling them to better support, mentor and coach apprentices and new employees in VET pathways, to complete their trade qualification.
