Investigating the role of hypoxic niche microenvironments and hypoxia-induced transcription factors in regulating spermatogonial stem cell function
Purpose:
This project will explore mechanisms controlling stem cell function in the testis, and in doing so, will create a platform to improve therapeutic approaches for restoring fertility in paediatric cancer survivors that have been rendered infertile by chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
