Purpose:
The purpose of the Grant is to:
1) establish and manage a fund to be known as the Blue Carbon Accelerator Fund (BCAF), including making payments of financial assistance to recipients under the BCAF to undertake blue carbon projects;
2) facilitate capacity building and technical collaboration between funding recipients undertaking projects; and
3) coordinate engagement and brokerage for co-financing, and ensure strategic alignment of projects with relevant international practice.
