Bridge Motel – Energy Supply and Efficiency Upgrade
Purpose:
The Bridge Motel – Energy Supply and Efficiency upgrade program has three objectives:
1. Identify areas in the motel where old, inefficient equipment is being used – employ a licensed electrician to assess and report on current and proposed energy usage.
2. Replace and/or upgrade old, inefficient equipment with more cost– and energy–efficient products. Proposed reduction in excess of 22,000 kWh/annum. Remove and correctly dispose of old equipment.
3. Reduce carbon footprint by approximately 30%, and overall running costs of >$6,600/annum ensuring that our business plays a role in working towards environmental stability, and continues to be viable and active in the future.
